The Master in Human Nutrition and Metabolism integrates human nutrition and food with metabolism, aiming to train highly qualified professionals capable of systematically and comprehensively analyzing the main health issues related to inadequate lifestyles, particularly in terms of nutrition. The program focuses on strategies to promote healthy lifestyles from a perspective of Lifestyle Medicine.

University program of 29 ECTS credits as expert in naturopathic diet therapy with specialization in Phytotherapy (medicinal plants) or in orthomolecular therapy (nutritional supplements). It can be validated later with the own master in naturopathy and parapharmacy (60 ECTS) and with other programs.

The Master's degree in Psychology* with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology and Therapeutic Management from Children to Adults allows you to analyze and manage cognitive and emotional difficulties following the onset of a brain dysfunction or injury of neurological, developmental and/or psychiatric origin.

The Master of Health Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition program is designed to provide evidence-based applied clinical nutrition information to current and future healthcare providers and wellness professionals to incorporate within their scope of practice.

Diet therapy is the therapy that is based on the prevention and improvement of diseases or the elimination of their symptoms, through the foods that we eat or those that we eliminate from the diet. Not only must take into account the nutritional properties, also we must consider the manipulations and processes to which food is subject, as well as the methods of cultivation or aging of the plants or animals that we ingest.
