The 6-year degree course in Medicine and Surgery is entirely taught in English. From the first year, theoretical interdisciplinary modules are integrated with hands-on experience and simulation activities, and clerkships commence in the third year. 200 places are annually available 150 places available for European students

The Medicine and Surgery program is offered by Università Cattolica in collaboration with Claudia Polo Universitario delle Professioni Sanitarie. Lectures are conducted at Claudiana, located in Bolzano, the capital of the South Tyrol region. The students of the new degree program will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and a qualified faculty, benefiting from the experience of doctors and researchers from the A. Gemelli University Hospital and the clinical training opportunities provided by local facilities.

The mission of the six year Degree – single cycle – Course is identified with the training of a doctor with an international professional profile, characterized by a multidisciplinary and integrated vision of health and disease problems, with an education oriented towards the community, the territory, the global health challenges and fundamentally towards disease prevention and health promotion and with a humanistic culture in its implications of medical interest.

The MD program in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Turin is entirely taught in English and takes place in the teaching facilities at San Luigi Gonzaga University Hospital, whose campus-type environment allows seamless integration of students with the clinical areas.
