NURSING

At the Faculty of Health Studies of the Bijeljina University, classes are held in the study program Nursing, which is planned as a three-year study. In health care, there are tendencies that nurses who graduate from high school will not be able to perform the jobs that they could do so far, that is, that they will be able to perform the jobs of nurses.

Upon completion of the Faculty of Health Studies at the Bijeljina University in the field of Nursing, students are able to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to independently assess the needs for health care, set goals and priorities, plan and implement adequate care procedures, evaluate and implement the plan care, etc., but also to participate in the planning and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a physician. Upon completion of this study program and defense of the thesis, the holder of the diploma is qualified to perform health care independently.
