Scholarships and Funding

Curriculum
Thus, the curriculum has been designed to offer comprehensive training, with subjects that cover aspects of human anatomy, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, statistics, psychology, physiology and the history of food . Likewise, along with this basic training, it includes food science modules; hygiene, food safety and quality, nutritional sciences, dietetics and health, public health and community nutrition and ethics and humanities.
On the other hand, the elective is directed towards greater specialization of students in feeding the elderly, feeding in reproduction, in-hospital feeding, feeding and physical exercise, functional foods and entrepreneurship and innovation.
