Introduction
MSc Public Health and Health Promotion (PHHP) is a long-established course designed to meet the varied forms of public health practice. Your studies will integrate public health theory and practice, with a strong focus on health promotion, to provide significant contributions to the public health service throughout Wales, the UK and Internationally.
Studying alongside students from a range of industries and professions, you will develop an understanding of the multidimensional nature of public health, considering both the traditional medical perspective and wider socio-economic determinants of health. Based in our School of Health and Social Care, you will benefit from a diverse teaching and research environment, with many opportunities to make connections with students from a range of disciplines and nationalities.
