The area of ​​professional activity in which graduates who have mastered the program can carry out professional activities:

Education and Science (in the field of scientific research);

Health care (in the area of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, consumer protection, preventive medicine).

Graduates can carry out professional activities in other areas of professional activity and (or) areas of professional activity, provided that their level of education and acquired competencies correspond to the requirements for employee qualifications.

Labor functions:

Implementation of federal-state control (supervision) in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and protection of consumer rights;

Conducting sanitary and epidemiological examinations, investigations, surveys, studies, tests, and other types of assessments;

Conducting social and hygienic monitoring and risk assessment of the impact of environmental factors on human health;

Organization and implementation of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures;

Organization of the provision of powers in the sphere of federal-state control (supervision);

Organization, control, planning, and analysis of the activities of bodies exercising federal state control (supervision) and institutions that ensure their activities;

Ensuring coordination and authority in the field of federal-state control (supervision).
