Introduction
Veterinary Sanitary Expertise- is a science which learns the methods of inspection of animal and plant products and veterinary-sanitary evaluation. In other words, veterinary sanitary expertise - is a field of veterinary and learns sanitary inspection methods of food products and technical raw materials of animals and determine their sanitary-veterinary evaluation rules.
The work of veterinarian experts is only based on normative documents (rules, instructions, technical regulations, state standards, etc.). The main task of BSE – is to prevent the infectious diseases spreading among humans and animals through animal food, feed and technical products. The veterinarians assess the quality of wild industrial animals and poultry birds, herbal food products, honey and other bee products.
