Introduction
Our Professional Nursing program's Nurse Residency Track is located within Largo Medical Center and Bayfront Health Port Charlotte. This hospital-based nursing program is built upon current nursing practice. It includes general education and nursing courses in addition to classroom theory, challenging assignments, skill labs, and clinical experiences that prepare students for an entry-level Registered Nurse (RN) position. Upon completing all program requirements, students earn an Associate of Science degree in Nursing (A.S.N.).
