Introduction
The Indiana University School of Nursing offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program with three tracks - traditional, accelerated second degree, and RN to BSN - on the Bloomington campus.
The traditional track is for those who don’t have a bachelor’s degree in any field or any prior nursing education. It requires four years of full-time study, and all coursework takes place on the IU Bloomington campus.
The accelerated second degree track is for students who have completed a 120 credit hour accredited baccalaureate degree in a non-nursing field and would like to pursue a nursing career.
The RN to BSN Degree Completion Option is for registered nurses who want to earn a BSN degree. All coursework takes place online.
