The Master's Program in Clinical Pharmacy provides pharmacists with expertise in clinics and the ability to work with other healthcare providers to give optimum healthcare. The program is designed with an emphasis on mastering the theories and the clinical practice; therefore, the outcomes of this program will be the mainstay of the pharmacist profession as expected. It has been accredited both nationally and internationally accredited (by Akkreditierungsagentur für Studiengänge der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Informatik, der Naturwissenschaften und der Mathematik e. V (ASIIN) since 2020).

Master of Health and Economy Study Program is designed comprehensively in 3 semesters. Master of Health and Economy Study Program is a multi-disciplinary study program. Prospective students of the Master of Health and Economy study program can come from all fields of science. This Master of Health and Economy study program provides insight into the economic value of Health, especially for individuals, families and how it impacts in the aggregate on public policy in the health sector.

The Bachelor in Pharmacy International Undergraduate Program provides students with the basic and clinical knowledge and skills related to pharmacy, covering areas such as drug development, pharmaceutical technology, clinical pharmacy, and social and community pharmacy. The program is designed to be completed in 4 years with a total of 149 credit semester units, equivalent to 254 ECTS, including 6 CSUs of intra-cluster and extra-cluster interdisciplinary elective courses.

The international program at the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing (FKKMK) UGM is designed to educate professional, adaptive, humanist, and visionary doctors. The program is highly regarded, with notable rankings and accreditation such as on QS WUR, International Accreditation by ASIIN (valid until 2029), and National Accreditation by Indonesian Accreditation Agency for Higher Education Health (LAMPTKes), "Grade A – Excellent." This 5.5-year program offers outstanding training in academics, medical skills, and soft skills

The Master of Nursing Study Program at the Faculty of Nursing Universitas Airlangga consists of four (4) specializations, namely Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Nursing, Mental Nursing, and Nursing Management. The curriculum used refers to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) with a study load of 43 credits taken within 3 semesters.

Diponegoro University (Undip) opens the Master of Nursing Program (S2). This is consistent with the assignment of the Director General of the Ministry of National Education to the University of Diponegoro number 717/E/T/2011.

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Universitas Syiah Kuala (FVM-USK), Banda Aceh. Indonesia is one of the oldest faculties within this university. FVM-USK was established on October 17, 1960, and already plays an important role in improving the competence of human resources who are professional and have strong analytical skills in the fields of animal health, zoonoses, and food safety of animal origin. The strategy to achieve these targets is outlined in the vision of FVM-USK: “become innovative, independent, and leading in implementing the three pillars of higher education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi) with reliable human resources in developing and application veterinary technology at the international level by 2030”. FVM-USK is provided education for both Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine Study Program (BVM-SP) and Professional Program in Veterinary Medicine Study Program (PPVM-SP). The two study programs have been accredited with “Excellent” category by the National Accreditation Institution for Higher Education in Medical Sciences (LAMPTKes). In these two study programs, we have a number of 900 students coming from many parts of Indonesia, with different backgrounds and culture.
