These courses equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of leading and managing the delivery of services in a modern healthcare environment. They are designed for clinicians, managers and administrators who want to deliver high quality, safe and effective healthcare. You will expand on your knowledge and abilities in areas of leadership and management, quality and safety, health economics, health policy, planning and evaluating health services, and understanding complex health systems. In the master degree, you will undertake practical work experience within a healthcare organisation, and complete a research project by working alongside research staff or with a healthcare provider.
