Introduction
The aim of the BSc in public health program is to provide students with solid knowledge of the discipline, so that they understand the basic concepts of public health and are able to suggest solutions to public health challenges.
Career prospects: The degree will open up a range of career opportunities in the following fields: health services, research, surveillance, health promotion and/or environmental health among other areas, public health and related agencies such as cancer registries, food safety authorities, disease screening programs, community development, international aid agencies, the private sector with the pharmaceutical industry and management consultancies.
